Motion Composites has promoted one of its own to be its new VP of Sales.
Nicholas Forrester
Nicholas Forrester, a 20-year industry veteran, has overseen the manufacturer’s Canadian sales for the last seven years. Now Forrester is the company’s new VP of Sales, Motion Composites said in a Feb. 8 news announcement.
“His deep understanding of the various levels of the industry has enabled him to build a strong presence in the Canadian market for Motion Composites products,” the announcement said. “His efforts allowed Motion Composites to become one of the fastest-growing companies in Canada, according to Canadian Business’ Growth List.”
Forrester began leading the manufacturer’s international sales efforts in 2021, while continuing to manage the Canadian sales market. His new position covers sales efforts in Canada, the United States, and worldwide while managing a sales team of 37 representatives.
In the announcement, Motion Composites said Todd Richardson (U.S. Eastern Regional Sales Manager) and Brian Rourke (U.S. West and Midwest Sales Manager) would continue with their roles on the manufacturer’s sales management team.
Prior to joining Motion Composites, Forrester led the rehabilitation division of Ontario Medical Supply in Ottawa.
Eric Simoneau, Motion Composites’ CEO, said in the announcement, “With his strong business acumen, successful track record of building new markets, and his global knowledge of the custom wheelchair market, Nicholas is well positioned to continue Motion Composites’ growth in the U.S. market.”
